PERSONAL THERAPY WITH CLEARVIEW CBT
The path of life is rarely smooth and sometimes it feels unmanageable. At times like this, it's easy to lose sight of hope and to believe that nothing can ever change. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with ClearView CBT can help you to grow, to see new pathways ahead and to aspire to living a more contented life.
Kate Kochhar at ClearView CBT offers therapy which is tailored to your individual personality, needs and circumstances, whilst being based on skills and techniques that are proven to help. As well as traditional style CBT, I also practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is a contextual, behavioural variant of CBT.
Weekly appointments are at Williams Clinic or Centric Consulting Rooms, both situated in the Sale area, 20 mins south of Manchester.
CAN CBT HELP YOU?
Cognitive behavioural therapy is currently recommended by the NICE guidelines * for the treatment of depression and certain anxiety conditions. I have found it extremely useful in treating:
• Depression
• Panic disorder
• Agoraphobia
• Health anxiety
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, OCD
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTS
• Social Anxiety
• Phobias
• Generalised Anxiety Disorder, GAD
• Low Self Esteem
• Anger
• Perfectionism
